Delivery Terms and Conditions

These DHD Europe delivery terms explain our shipping provider, processing times, delivery charges, and distribution conditions across Europe. Please review the information carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Provider

All shipments are dispatched via DHL Express (Slovakia).

DHD (Europe) reserves the right to use an equivalent carrier if necessary.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are determined based on the total value of the order (including VAT,
unless otherwise stated):
Free shipping for orders with a total value of €120 or more
€15 — Standard delivery (2–3 working days)
€38 — Express delivery (next working day)
The applicable shipping fee will be clearly indicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) before
13:00 (1:00 p.m.) Central European Time (CET) will be processed and dispatched on
the same working day.
Orders received:
After 13:00 CET / On weekends / On public holidays will be processed on the next
working day.
DHD (Europe) shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect
order information provided by the customer.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and are estimates only.
Standard delivery: 2–3 working days
Express delivery: Next working day (subject to DHL service availability and
destination)
Delivery services operate on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public
holidays).
DHD (Europe) shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier,
customs clearance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the
specified delivery address and acceptance by the recipient.
If delivery is delayed due to the customer’s absence, incorrect address details, or
refusal to accept the shipment, the risk shall transfer at the time the carrier attempts
delivery.

6. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

A shipment tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress and ensure delivery
availability.

7. Delivery Area

Delivery is available within regions serviced by DHL Express. Additional charges,
customs duties, or taxes may apply for shipments outside the European Union and
shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Liability Limitation

DHD (Europe) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from delivery delays or failures, except where required by applicable law.
