What is BioBran?
BioBran (MGN-3) forms a backbone of our new formula. BioBran is a unique nutrition supplement produced from rice bran. It is obtained from rice bran arabinoxylan by using enzymes extracted from shiitake mushrooms to reduce the molecular weight of the arabinoxylan, facilitating absorption into the body. BioBran has a lower molecular weight than naturally occurring arabinoxylan and because of this it can be partially absorbed through the small intestine.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D plays many important roles in organism. It is widely known that it contributes to normal absorption of calcium that is needed for healthy growth of bones and teeth. However, Vitamin D has also other roles in the body, including modulation of cell growth, neuromuscular and immune function and reduction of inflammation. This makes Vitamin D an ideal “strategic partner” for BioBran.
Among others Vitamin D contributes to:

Brewer’s yeast
Brewer’s yeast has been favorite food of those practicing a healthy lifestyle because of proteins and numerous B-complex vitamins that it provides. Many people are afraid of the fungus found in brewer’s yeast. However, it is important to understand that the yeast used as a nutritional supplement is deactivated. In other words, microorganisms have been removed through drying but the proteins, vitamins and minerals are still there.

It’s an excellent immunomodulator and dot well in combination therapy. If other immunomodulators or immunosuppressive therapy was prescribed, don’t take Biobran, or ask your doctor to consider an alternative.
Many doctors know about Biobran because it’s just just in Russia. I have known about it, but I can’t prescribe it to patients (by law), even if I’d like to. We get for prescribing dietary supplements, no matter how good they are; that’s the way our own medicine.
